Hello and Welcome
I’m Mallory Kates and I created Ciolo Kitchen five and a half years after co-founding the specialty food brand Ciolo. In 2010, I was lucky enough to help Ciolo become acquired by Sartori, the award winning, artisan cheese manufacturer based in Wisconsin. I’ve remained with the company, working with our customers on new products, helping to promote our brand, and now, writing this blog.
